  • PO1: Basic and Discipline Specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of engineering mathematics, sciences, ,engineering fundamentals and discipline specific knowledge to solve core computer engineering related problems.

  • PO2: Problem analysis: Identify and analyse well-defined computer related engineering problems using codified standard methods.

  • PO3:Design/ development of solutions: Design and develop computer solutions for well-defined technical problems and assist with the design of systems components or processes to meet specified needs.

  • PO4: Engineering Tools, Experimentation and Testing: Apply relevant software tools to solve intermediate computer engineering problems and conduct standard tests to computer related processes.

The Department of Computer Engineering was established in 1993 with intake of 90 students. The department has good infrastructure with well- established laboratories. The department has experienced and dedicated faculties who give personal attention to each individual student. The department emphasizes on effective teaching learning process including project-based learning using modern tools and technologies implementing updated Curriculum. Computer department faculties are working hard to improve upon the quality of education and the student’s overall performance in the era of rapidly changing technology. The department encourages students to participate in various State and National level competitions, project exhibitions, hackathons, sports events, and extra-curricular activities. Students have won awards in various competitions including significant achievements in Smart India Hackathon.
