The institute invites the industries/companies for the recruitment of final year students as well as the pass out students of immediate previous academic year. Following procedures are adopted for the same.

1. For placement of Final Year Students:

The visiting industry is requested to send the following information on their letterhead in PDF format to the institute regarding recruitment of the students in Final Year of Diploma Engineering:

1. Brief details of the company's area / domain of work
2. Eligibility Conditions - Branch of Diploma, % of Marks, Number of active or dead backlogs etc…
3. Details of recruitment process - Aptitude test, Group Discussion, Interview etc.
4. Designation, Durations and Compensation (CTC and Take-Home Salary details) for Training, Probation and after confirmation.
5. Job profiles and Career Progression Plan after training (such as Shop Supervisor, Design Engineer, QC Engineer, CNC m/c Operator, Site Supervisor, Developer, Tester etc...)
6. Details of Additional Facilities such as support for higher education

The institute will share the above-mentioned details with the students, will get the data of interested students and then will share the same with the industry for further processing.

2. For placement of pass out students of immediate previous academic year:

The institute supports pass out students of immediate previous academic year for facilitating their placements. For recruitment of such students, the industries are requested to send a write-up / notice for such students containing information as mentioned above in A-1 along with the contact details of the contact persons, so that the interested students can send resumes directly to the industry. The industries can also send a link of Google Form for collecting information of the interested students. This link along with the PDF document sent by the industry will be shared with the pass out students.

The industries can invite the pass out interested students for the recruitment process on their campus or the students can be interviewed in online mode, as per the convenience / policy of the industry.

The industries are requested to share the details of such selected students of previous batches to the TPO cell (tpo@gppune.ac.in) for record purpose.
